Do you feel that when undertaking a care package for a client, that the tasks undertaken provide a suitable level or care as well as protects them from forms of abuse?

Have you noticed any changes in behaviour, health or mobility recently? Or anything you have noticed that differs fr their care plan?

When leaving the clients address, do you feel that the client is safe and their wellbeing is maintained??
